Heidi Kiebler-Brogan, MA, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Executive Director at IE Counseling. Ms. Brogan is the mother of three children, providing much "real life" experience in the realm of parenting skills, education, emotional development and relationships. With over 25 years of accomplished work in both the mental health field and private sector Heidi brings a wealth of experience, training and skill to each client session. She works with people in every stage of life-childhood through adulthood and specializes in Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, Mood Disorders, Relationship Issues, Performance Coaching for Athletes, as well as Organizational Consultation and Development. Heidi believes that if you change your thinking you can heal your life and relationships. Her sessions are interactive, goal oriented and outcome based. Heidi helps people overcome their obstacles and reach their full potential. She is a renowned author as well as a motivational speaker. Heidi has a long history of working with community-based agencies serving individuals with developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis. She has worked extensively with State Agencies developing policies and procedures regarding Crisis and Behavior Management, Quality Assurance and Staff Development. Heidi is an active member of the New Jersey Counseling Association and the New Jersey Mental Health Counseling Association where she has served as President, Past-President and currently as Member at Large. Heidi works with professional athletic associations and their individual athletes to improve performance, motivation, focus and health. In recent years she returned to Rutgers University to become a certified Divorce Mediator and is a member of the New Jersey Association for Professional Mediators.

Mark Joseph Williams is an experienced Executive & Life Coach known for his ability to help people succeed both personally and professionally. Mark has more than 20 years of project leadership, retained search and human resources consulting experience performing functional and operational reviews for public, private and nonprofit organizations. He has held the Chief Human Resources Officer role in several companies within the bio-pharma, defense and automotive industries.
Mark has designed global performance management systems, and worked extensively in helping companies across various sectors with their human capital through mergers and acquisitions. He has also served as an operational executive at major hospitals in the Northeast.
Mark is a professionally trained psychotherapist (MS, Social Work from Columbia University), an accomplished author and public speaker. He serves on many nonprofit boards including "Stop the Silence: Stop Child Sexual Abuse. Mark has an uncanny knack for uncovering the spiritual that is in every human being regardless of belief. His patience, empathy, sensitivity and active listening have enabled him to help numerous clients overcome addictions, trauma and post-traumatic stress. His strategies are creative and thought provoking whether he is working with individuals or organizations. Mark is known for being reliable, accountable and caring.
